Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to make the app work. We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. Most of what we track stays on your device.

• Account info. Email, name, and sign-in provider (Apple, Google, or email). Stored in Firebase Authentication.
• Onboarding answers. Age, gender, height, weight, body fat %, pain points, work hours, sleep habits, energy patterns, movement routine, and goals. Stored in Firebase Firestore against your account.
• Activity data. Sitting time, breaks taken, and daily score. Stored locally on device; aggregated stats sync to Firestore for cross-device continuity.
• Coach chat history. Messages you send to the AI coach and its replies. Sent to Google Gemini via our backend, and stored in Firestore so you can see your history.
• Motion & step data. Read-only from Apple HealthKit when you grant permission. Stays on your device — we never write motion data back to HealthKit and never send raw motion samples to our servers.
• Crash & analytics. Anonymous event analytics via Mixpanel (which features you use, no PII) and crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics.
• Subscription status. Managed by RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. We see your subscription tier and renewal status, not your payment details.

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't run advertising trackers (no Facebook SDK, no Google Ads, no AppLovin, etc.).
• We don't access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location.
• We don't share your data with third parties except the named processors above (Firebase, Gemini, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, Apple).

Retained while your account is active. Delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account and everything is erased within 30 days. No backups kept beyond that.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and the UAE PDPL you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@bettelf.com to exercise any of these.

Be Healthy is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
